Ismailova Svetlana Robinzonovna is an Honored Worker of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Professor. She graduated from the K. Moldobasanov Kyrgyz National Conservatory. She has extensive experience and deep knowledge in the field of music education throughout the republic, and especially in higher professional music education.

She is the initiator and organizer of the Department of Foreign Students' Education at the Conservatory. She is actively involved in concert and public activities. Concerts organized by S. Ismailova are regularly held with the participation of the State Grand Academic Symphony Orchestra named after A. Jumakhmatov, the Presidential Chamber Orchestra "Manas", a combined choir, music schools, the RSSMSHI named after M. Abdraev, and Conservatory students on the stage of the National Philharmonic named after T. Satylganov, the Opera and Ballet Theater named after A. Maldybaev, and musical drama theaters in regional centers.

From 2009 to 2018, with the aim of providing practical and methodological assistance in promoting musical art in the regions, S. Ismailova prepared and conducted the first in 30 years tours of the State Symphony Orchestra in Osh, Karakol, Naryn, and Talas. She also organized gala concerts of the laureates of the I and II Republican Competitions of Young Performers named after the People's Artist of the USSR and Hero of Socialist Labor K. Moldobasanov.

In 2012, as part of the I International Forum of Compatriots “Mekendeshter”, she organized a classical music concert with soloists from Austria and the USA under the patronage of the former President of the Kyrgyz Republic. Among S. Ismailova’s projects are joint Kyrgyz-Korean, Kyrgyz-American, and Kyrgyz-Japanese concert programs. The concerts have been recorded in the “Golden Fund” of OTRK.

In addition to her concert activities, S. Ismailova constantly carries out educational and methodological work. She systematically works to improve her professional skills. S. Ismailova seeks ways to improve the organization of the educational process at the Conservatory. Special attention is paid to the development and formation of future specialists not only as performers but also as well-rounded musicians.

OKTYABROV Amangeldi Ismailovich – Vice-Rector for Educational Work
Graduated in 2021 Kalyi Moldobasanov Kyrgyz National Conservatory, majoring in piano.

In 2023, he completed an internship at the Kalyi Moldobasanov Kyrgyz National Conservatory, majoring in piano.

From 2021 to 2026, he was a lecturer at the Kalyi Moldobasanov Kyrgyz National Conservatory.

Since 2025, he has served as Vice-Rector for Educational Work and State Language at the Kalyi Moldobasanov Kyrgyz National Conservatory.
