- Svetlana Robinzonovna Ismailova - Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs
Svetlana Robinzonovna Ismailova is an Honored Education Worker of the Kyrgyz Republic, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, and professor. She graduated from the K. Moldobasanov Kyrgyz National Conservatory. She has extensive experience and deep knowledge in music education both nationally and in higher professional music education.
She is the initiator and organizer of the International Student Education Department at the Conservatory. She is actively involved in concert and community activities. Concerts organized by S. Ismailova regularly feature the A. Zhumakhmatov State Academic Symphony Orchestra, the Manas Presidential Chamber Orchestra, a combined choir, music schools, the M. Abdraev Russian Specialized Music School of the Kyrgyz Republic, and students of the Conservatory on the stage of the National Philharmonic. T. Satylganov, at the A. Maldybaev Opera and Ballet Theater, and at musical and drama theaters in regional centers.
From 2009 to 2018, in order to provide practical and methodological assistance in popularizing musical arts in the republic's regions, S. Ismailova organized and conducted the State Symphony Orchestra's first tour in 30 years to the cities of Osh, Karakol, Naryn, and Talas. S. Ismailova also organized gala concerts for the winners of the 1st and 2nd Republican Competitions for Young Performers named after People's Artist of the USSR, Hero of Socialist Labor K. Moldobasanov.
In 2012, as part of the 1st International Forum of Compatriots "Mekendeshter," she held a classical music concert featuring soloists from Austria and the United States under the patronage of the former President of the Kyrgyz Republic. S. Ismailova's projects include joint Kyrgyz-Korean, Kyrgyz-American, and Kyrgyz-Japanese concert programs. These concerts are included in the "golden fund" of the OTRK.
In addition to her active concert schedule, S. Ismailova is constantly engaged in educational and methodological work. She systematically works to improve professional skills and monitors ways to improve the educational process at the Conservatory. She pays special attention to the development and formation of future specialists not only as performers but also as musicians in general.
