The Conservatory's mission is to preserve and enhance the best traditions of national and classical music education and performance excellence, aimed at meeting the needs of individuals, the state in the fields of culture, art, and the spiritual environment of society.

The vision is to be a powerful school for training highly qualified musicians, the only music university in the Kyrgyz Republic with significant creative and pedagogical potential, enabling the unification of educational and scientific creative potential, guaranteeing high-quality education for Kyrgyz and international students, the joint development and implementation of modern science-intensive technologies for the development of cultural and artistic services, and the solution of socio-cultural and educational challenges in the regions.

The strategic goal of the concept is the sustainable development of the Kyrgyz National Conservatory to ensure the training of highly qualified professional musicians. Peace, democracy, tolerance, collectivism, and the growth of professionalism are priorities for the rector's office and other structures of the Conservatory, as well as for the educational, creative, scientific, international, and outreach activities of the university.
