PRE-UNIVERSITY TRAINING
An applicant for the preparatory department takes a specialty exam, which includes the following requirements:

Performance of a program consisting of two vocal works with text of any genre;

Recitation by heart of a poem, fable, or an excerpt from literary prose;

Interview (assessment of knowledge of vocal literature);
-
Assessment of natural musical abilities.
The applicant must be able to:
a) Repeat with their voice certain notes from the first and small octaves;
b) Sing in turn each note of a chord played on the piano in close position;
c) Repeat with their voice a fragment of a melody played on the piano;
d) Repeat by clapping a given rhythmic pattern or the rhythm of a phrase played on the piano.

The department was established and has been operating since September 2009. The main goal of the department is to prepare applicants for admission to the Kyrgyz National Conservatory.
