The names of such performers as S. K. Kiizbaeva, B. A. Minzhilkiev, V. I. Mukovnikov, K. S. Sartpaeva, E.T. Nurmanbetova, L.A. Georgieva, and T.S. Seytaliev. The first head of the department was People's Artist of the Kyrgyz Republic and Professor M.B. Temirbekov. Over the years, the department was headed by N. Alisherova, T. Zhakshylykov, and Z. Sarygulova. Currently, the head of the department is S.Zh. Isin, a graduate of the Conservatory.

Over the past 27 years, the department has been replenished with new faculty members. Young faculty members find understanding in the wise mentors who help them master the specifics and specifics of professional mastery necessary to successfully accomplish the department's tasks.

All faculty members conduct classes professionally, continually improve their teaching skills, and regularly undergo professional development. Drawing on their accumulated experience, the department staff carries out teaching, research, and educational activities in accordance with the standards and traditions of the Conservatory.

The department's graduates are in demand and successfully work in all areas of culture, including music institutions, educational institutions, concert organizations, radio and television, philharmonic societies, and theaters. Students receive specialized training. A series of individual lessons provides them with the professional knowledge and skills necessary for successful independent work on current issues in music education and musical culture, past and present.

Thanks to their studies at the Conservatory, our students demonstrate their mastery of performance in teaching and performing, their ability to reveal the artistic image of the pieces they perform, their ability to teach aspiring musicians, and their love of aesthetic beauty and a love of music and art.
